Our Girls & Boys High School Hockey Training Program is designed to provide focused, intensive training for high school athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Over the course of five weeks, participants will engage in twenty sessions that cover all aspects of hockey development. Dates: July 29th - August 30th Duration: 5 weeks Frequency: 4 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) Time: 8:00 - 8:45 AM Price: $400 Availability: Limited to 20 spots Number of Sessions: 20 Each session is structured into three key components: Skating: Emphasizing edge work, speed, agility, and power, our skating drills are tailored to enhance your on-ice movement and efficiency. Skill Development: Focused on puck handling, shooting, hockey awareness, passing, stick skills, angling, and body positioning, this component aims to refine the essential skills every hockey player needs. Small Area Games: These specially designed games come with different rules and objectives to improve your hockey IQ and decision-making abilities in tight spaces. Our expert coaches bring years of experience and a passion for developing young talent.
